Blitzboks to face Australia in Singapore Sevens quarter-finals

The Springbok Sevens side finished their pool phase commitments undefeated at the Singapore Sevens on Saturday, 4 May.

The Springbok Sevens side finished their pool phase commitments undefeated at the Singapore Sevens on Saturday, 4 May.

After beating Spain 31-7 and Samoa 15-10 on Friday, the Blitzboks edged France 20-19 on Saturday to finish top of Pool B.

They will now go on to play Australia on Saturday at 14:12 (SA time).

Australia finished second in Pool A.

The winner of that match will take on the winner of the quarter-final between the United States and New Zealand, in the semi-finals on Sunday at 08:12 (SA time).
